FAQs
Can I reuse Bostik Mounting Tape Strips
Bostik Mounting Tape Strips are designed for one-time use. Attempting to reuse them may result in reduced adhesion and may not securely mount the object. For repositioning, it's recommended to use new Mounting Tape Strips for optimal results.
Can I use Bostik Mounting Tape Strips on all surfaces?
While Bostik Mounting Tape is designed for use on smooth surfaces such as tiles, metal, wood, glass, and fiberglass, it's not suitable for rough or crumbly surfaces. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease for optimal adhesion.
How do I remove objects mounted with Bostik Mounting Tape Strips?
To remove mounted objects, carefully peel them off the surface. Start from one corner and gently pull away, avoiding sudden jerks that could damage the surface. If residue remains, use an adhesive remover like our Bostik Glu Go or rubbing alcohol to clean the area.
